Mental Health Help
Our courses do not provide mental health assistance or treatment. Our courses are intended for the advanced training of mental health professionals and are likely to contain sensitive content that could be upsetting or triggering to some viewers. Please take good care of yourself and seek mental health help if you need it.

Just call or go to the website of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-8255), or text any message to 741741 to reach out to counselors at the Crisis Text Line.
